On Wednesday, August 5, our phone system will undergo maintenance beginning at 5:00 PM, We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 4 hours. During this time, callers will hear a busy signal. For important card services, please use these numbers during the maintenance window:

Shared Branching

FirstHorizon CU members enjoy the convenience and expanded services offered by shared branching. Members can access their accounts and take advantage of nearly all traditional branch services at thousands of participating locations nationwide. To perform transactions at a shared branch, members should bring their credit union account number and photo identification.

There is no charge for you to use this service! All participating credit unions display the Credit Union Service Centers logo.
